About the area

Ematjeni is set in the mountains of the Swaziland highveld, which include an impressive display of granite
amongst grassland and wooded streamlines. One of the best known examples of this is Sibebe,
which can be seen from the guesthouse.

Within easy driving distance, one can travel through rural Swaziland highveld, with traditional and
more modern homesteads. The Swazi people are friendly and peaceful.
